David Dees is a Principal with Dent Moses.  He has over 30 years’ experience in public accounting helping individuals and closely helps businesses with their accounting and tax needs.  David has helped clients in a variety of industries and professions.  In addition, David has extensive experience in the bankruptcy and restructuring areas.

David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).  He is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a BS in Accounting.

David lives in Hoover with his wife.  They are the proud parents of two current college students.  David volunteers with Service Dogs of Alabama as a dog socializer/trainer.
