The addition of the Birmingham-based CPA firm will strengthen the new company’s offerings in all practice areas.

Dent, Baker & Company, LLP announced they will join forces with CPA firm Moses, Phillips, Young, Brannon, & Henninger LLP, a highly respected full-service company, to create Dent Moses, LLP effective January 1st.
The professionals and staff of Moses, Phillips will join Dent, Baker in their offices on Lakeshore Drive in Homewood, AL in late 2016.
Moses Partner Barry Brown said, “The outstanding reputation and comparable values of Dent, Baker were key factors in this decision. Their depth of knowledge and their outstanding client service will be a real plus for Dent Moses.”
The combined firm will provide a wide range of accounting, tax and consulting services to clients throughout the region, as well as technology consulting through their subsidiary Impact Technology Group.
